The Annual Meeting of Leprecon Inc will take place on Sunday August 15, 2010, at 3pm MST (PDT) at Coco’s Restaurant, Priest Dr & Elliot Rd, Tempe, AZ.
If you had an Attending membership at LepreCon 36 this last May, then you are a member of the social club, Leprecon Inc., and may vote during the meeting. If you didn’t, you are still welcome to attend.
Since this is the annual meeting, there will be board elections filling at least one open slot as well as voting on the Chairperson for LepreCon 39 in 2013. If you can vote and wish to send a proxy vote, then send a signed dated letter to the corporate address or an email to Mike Willmoth and Lee Whiteside indicating who has your proxy.
